Meet our Founder, Bianca

Bianca is a proud mum of two boys and a household full of animals. Originally from Germany, she thrives on building connections and supporting others. With over 10 years of experience as a dedicated medical administrator and practice manager, she has worked across various industries, but her true passion lies in the medical and allied health field. She has supported Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Occupational Therapists, and Orthodontists, gaining extensive hands-on experience in practice management, workflow optimisation, and clinic operations.

Bianca founded Ridgeback VA to help medical professionals streamline their administrative processes, ensuring they can focus on patient care. Her deep knowledge of practice management systems allows her to provide tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and support business growth.

Beyond her professional work, Bianca is actively involved in her local community, volunteering with soccer and cricket clubs, as well as her children’s school. In her spare time, she loves to sing, bake, and enjoy outdoor adventures with her family—whether it's the beach, camping, or simply making memories together.
